Perhaps you know this feeling: a crucial game, a big competition, or an important training session is approaching. Suddenly, nervousness and anxiety arise, and a thousand thoughts race through your mind:<\/p>

\u201cWhat if I’m not good enough? What will my coach, my teammates, or my parents think if I lose? I absolutely cannot fail!\u201d<\/p>

Your self-esteem suddenly depends on victory or defeat. After a success you feel great \u2013 you have met the expectations of your coach, your teammates or your own. But as soon as you train or perform \"worse\", your stomach churns and a feeling of dissatisfaction spreads.<\/p>
